Michelle is our CEO and Owner of BHG and an AANP board-certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP) with a graduate degree. She cares for patients 18 years of age and older. She has 30 years of experience with over 20 years of critical care experience. She understands the needs of patients and families within a complex healthcare system. Her priority is to provide immediate, individualized, holistic, quality, personalized, safe, comprehensive, and compassionate care to all of her patients. Her priority is to avoid hospitalization and achieve and maintain an optimal level of health to enjoy a long quality of life. DuRonda is an ANCC board-certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP) with a graduate degree. She cares for patients 18 years of age and older. She is an Army Reservist and comes to BHG from working in the VA over the past 8 years. She has 20 years of clinical expertise ensuring high standards of culturally competent care for a wide variety of patients with diverse needs. She is extremely compassionate and patient-centered with a dedicated work ethic. Her philosophy of care is grounded in identifying priorities and focusing on what matters most to each patient. She is committed to helping patients feel heard, informed, and empowered in their healthcare decisions. She manages both complex and common problems in adult and geriatric patients. Kaytlyn is a board-certified Physician Assistant with over 10 years of diverse clinical experience in family medicine, women’s health, surgery, trauma, critical care, wound care, and preventive health. She is passionate about building meaningful relationships with her patients and providing comprehensive, patient-centered care that focuses on both treatment and prevention. Kaytlyn believes that healthcare should be collaborative, empowering patients with the education and tools they need to achieve their long-term health goals.

Kaytlyn takes a thoughtful, evidence-based approach to care, helping patients navigate everything from routine wellness visits and acute illnesses to more complex health concerns.

Denise Dela Rosa, LVN

Denise has a total of 35 years of nursing experience starting her career in Victoria, Tx, caring for cardiac and respiratory patients. 25 years has been spent providing one-on-one care in the field of home health nursing. She has enjoyed the past three years assisting patients in the clinic environment. She loves providing a caring, friendly experience and is dedicated to improving our patient’s health. Daniella Cordero, CMA
Certified Medical Assistant
Daniella is our Certified Medical Assistant. She is enthusiastic and driven to provide the best care to our BHG patients. She possesses clinical proficiency in many practices and procedures including technical competence and administrative skills that will assist BHG in providing comprehensive care and services for all of our BHG patients. She is very friendly, works hard, and loves to help. She is happily married with 2 young boys, lives in the Boerne community, and enjoys being a soccer mom. She loves to cook and read. We are very happy to have Daniella join the BHG TEAM!
Jennifer Ortloff

We welcome the newest member of the BHG team, Jennifer! Jennifer comes to us with more than 15 years of customer service experience in the healthcare sector. Throughout her career, she has developed a diverse background providing care and assistance to both pediatric patients and residents in assisted living facilities. In addition to her extensive patient relations experience, Jennifer brings valuable technical expertise in medical billing and coding.

Teresa “Terri” Olivarez
Billing Manager & Administrative Assistant
Terri is our Billing Manager and Administrative Assistant. She comes to BHG with expertise in billing, coding, and working with multiple insurance companies and insurance plans. She has a great ability to balance multiple priorities. She is very enthusiastic to doing the best for our BHG patients in ensuring correctness with billing while being able to problem solve. She has technical expertise in coding (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS), insurance claim submission, and EHR software proficiency, alongside soft skills like high attention to detail and communication. We are very excited to have Terri join the BHG TEAM!
